12 LESSONS LEARNED IN 2021 AUGUST: about winning and losing Hi, I’m Anna, and I’m here with maybe the most important lesson I have learned so far.  A little outtake:  “The problem I see is that we live in a world where performance stands extremely high. And pleasure comes after the performance. We could almost say that we live in a pleasure-negative culture. Driven by high expectations and constantly producing and trying to be even more productive. Our culture values goals. And we must at all costs progress to those goals. Pleasure comes afterwards. Often only as a reward if we have achieved something. In my eyes, that is so wrong. We don’t need to earn pleasure. Pleasure is a value we need! Pleasure keeps our bodies, minds, relationships and spirits healthy.Life isn’t about winning or losing. It’s about keeping the joy in what we do. We are entitled to have pleasure in our life.
