12 LESSONS LEARNED IN 2021 For the next 12 days I will publish a short podcast episode every day. It's about 12 lessons learned in 2021. I reflect on topics like friendship, the darkness experience, about saying no, winning and losing, why I take ice baths and what I do when I am too severe to myself. Be ready! If you don't want to miss it, sign up to my newsletter. Today, it's about what I have learned in February 2021, where I attended my darkness retreat. A little outtake: "In short, what is a darkness experience? You decide to spend a desired amount of time in a room without any light. You eat in the dark; you do all your sanitary activities in the dark; you sleep in the dark; you wake up in the dark; you sit in the dark all day long - until you end the adventure. Being deprived of all light and sensory distractions, you plunge into a deep witnessing awareness of the mind. It can also bring a profound shift of consciousness. And there is a big possibility that you will experience psychological challenges - but that's not our topic today.I'm more in the mood to try to tell you about a profound magical moment I encountered there.I'm taking a risk here because you know that it is difficult to put in words when you experience something highly spiritual. To find out what happened, please listen to this episode."Have fun!My dear reader and listeners, please subscribe to the Newsletter and in the future, you will get all the audio versions also in written form.  Take care and have a good day.Yours, AnnA  The Member's Club CHECK IT OUT
