Discussion on Mrs Weasley's gifts to Harry - foreshadowing him joining the Weasley Family  Harry keeping the Invisibility Cloak a secret from everyone but Ron - Slytherin tendencies showing? Fred and George's relationship seems better with Percy in this book than others The Christmas dinner at Hogwarts is amazing - drunk teachers, crazy crackers!  Is "Tea" dinner and "dinner" Lunch in the UK? Theory: Dumbledore waited to give Harry the cloak once he found out he knew about Flamel.  Harry's obsession with the mirror Harry goes through a mix of anxiety, grief and longing with his Parents in the mirror. It shows how much he longs for them and how much he doesn't actually know about them - it's his first time even seeing them  How does the Mirror work? Did Dumbledore lead Harry to the mirror and teach him how to use, planning for him to confront Voldemort intentionally?
