Once a day, pause and ask: ❤️ What am I feeling in my body right now? ❤️ Where do I feel open, calm, or at ease—and where do I feel tight or uncomfortable? ❤️ Is there something I'm saying yes to when my body is telling me no? ❤️ What would I choose right now if I trusted myself? You don't have to have all the answers. The practice is simply learning to hear yourself again. Remember, body wisdom isn't about always knowing the "right" choice. It's about creating enough space to recognize what your body, intuition, and inner voice have been trying to tell you. In This Episode, We Discuss: Why motherhood begins with the woman you were before becoming a mother What mothers are really searching for beneath all the wellness noise Wendy's journey from the entertainment industry to spiritual teaching and motherhood Why she created the Million Mamas Movement Viewing the mother-child relationship as a sacred relationship Navigating infertility without turning it into a reflection of your worth Why learning to love yourself is a lifelong practice The Magdalene pathway and reconnecting with your inner knowing Trusting yourself when making decisions for yourself and your children Teaching children bodily autonomy, consent, and emotional awareness Helping children recognize how experiences feel in their bodies Key Takeaways You bring your own childhood experiences and patterns with you into motherhood. Self-love isn't something you simply achieve; it's an ongoing practice. Your body can provide valuable information about how you feel and what you need. Teaching children bodily autonomy can help them develop trust in themselves from an early age. Breaking generational patterns often requires becoming aware of what you didn't receive yourself. Boundaries don't make you difficult; they help you become clearer about your own limits. You don't need to apologize for having emotions or expressing how you feel. Connect with Rev.
