121: How to use AI as a learning tool for Delegation

This episode has been a struggle! I am in Cancun Mexico and the internet where I am is terrible. I probably should have just used an interview that I have done, but the topic of Delegation has been so much on my mind this last week that I wanted the episode to be about that.Essentially, delegation is challenging. What I have found in my recent attempts to get better at using AI, is that the framework for using AI and for delegating something to humans is quite similar.the CRIT framework holds true in both cases. Give Context. Assign a Role. Have the person or AI Interview you, or ask questions back. Assign a Task...which needs to be very specific.Sorry that the sound quality isn't what I want and there is no video...but sometimes life happens and we need to roll with it!
