122. Barriers to Inclusivity

This week's episode is in response to a listener request who reached out about trying to grow a culture of inclusivity in the school where they work. Tash and Mel talk through some of the barriers they have run into when it comes to challenging norms and behaviors, and how certain attitudes can really hinder whether someone feels welcome in a space.
