Today’s episode is all about being authentically you. A huge thank you to Lily for her dedication and to Green House Juices for their donations to those working tirelessly to keep us all safe! On this episode we dive into: Leaving a wonderful career to pursue entrepreneurial dream and navigating this change.Lily’s journey with hyperthyroidism and ultimately thyroid cancer which lead her to making some major health changes in her life.Enjoying your relationship with food and finding balance.Learning to love your health and wellness journey and how to stay motivated along the way. How to have a positive mindset when you’re going through a tough time. What to do if you’re struggling with your own self-love and how to love yourself again. As humans, we need to share when the timing is right, be vulnerable, and seek comfort in people who have been in similar situations as us. Don’t downplay what you’ve been through as this can further dim your light. Be vulnerable and be emotional when you need to be. Take a step back and look at what you’re grateful for - and be okay with where you’re at. Start there, and then focus on where you want to be and where you see yourself in the future, and once you’re able to have that vision, how you get there will all fall into place. Shut Up I Love It Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello Many years ago, Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello met in line for an improv show. They were young, dumb, and full of it. What followed were comedy shows so explicit, “genitalia” was practically a term of endearment.Fast forward 5 dogs, 6 cats, and way too many weird inside jokes later, Sasha and Joe are no longer young or dumb—but they’re still brimming with you-know-what.
