Doch jetzt hat der Bundestag das Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz verabschiedet und das Gesetz geht inhaltlich sogar über die Vorgaben der EU-Richtlinie hinaus. Künftig müssen Unternehmen die Möglichkeit bieten, dass Angestellte anonym Hinweise zu Verstößen etwa gegen Arbeits- oder Datenschutz melden können.
