Running today, a windy cold day, on the Greenway Trail in Lilburn, GA with my Daughter Laura. We used a Galloway 15/30 warm up for 10 minutes, then switched to 15/15 for 15 minutes, then went back to a 15/30 for a 10 minute cool down.
