125// Fitness Commitment VS Fitness Goal: Learning To Trust Yourself Again for Weight Loss Success

from The Body Project Podcast · host Catherine Tanaka

Today on the top rated fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast, I talk about the difference between our Fitness Commitments and our Fitness Goals. On episode 82, we spoke about Creating a Fitness Vision. Creating a vision is important to get clear on where you are going. A commitment however is as important because this is the road map to get there.  The commitment is the daily practice that gives you a bigger why to what you're doing. I kick off my 12 Week Body Project Transformation Program in few weeks, and what am clear about is that many people have trouble committing because they often no longer trust themselves and are out of practice in putting their health or fitness a priority. Today we speak about: 1)  this importance of learning to trust yourself again, 2) how to take on commitment that you can succeed at and 3)how you can learn to reframe, recommit and choose again to attain your fitness goals. _________________________________ Please SUBSCRIBE, RATE AND REVIEW if you haven't yet.  Thank you to all of you who have subscribed, rated and left a written review on the podcast.  Your support means the world to me.
