In today’s episode we discuss: Rebecca’s recent revelation that she is on expert on showing up better, and how this meant she could no longer hide but rather needed to be more face forward. The 20 minute rule she gave herself that helped her overcome her fear and perfectionism to get her ideas and work out into the world. The power of realizing no one really cares, and how this can bring freedom. Rebecca’s experience of being around people who at the top of their game and how it encourages her to rise up and why she wants to help other women do this. What Rebecca feels about aging, and her perspective that as her fear is lessening with age, there are actually more options.
