Whether we like it or not, our kids pick up what we’re laying down, and we are their primary role models. The phrase "more is caught than taught" holds so much truth. There are many qualities we hope our kids carry into adulthood, but the reality is, they’ll carry much of what we model for them. From the way we handle our emotions, manage relationships, to how we show gratitude—these lessons are often absorbed through the time and example we set.
