And anything that puts you in a state of fear, doubt, or disconnect from yourself over and over—that’s chronic.So I’m not just talking about reviews here. I’m talking about how easy it is to let outside voices drown out your own. I’m asking you to start coming back to you. To notice when you hand your power away. To pause and ask, “What do I feel about this?”I know it takes time. Especially if you’ve been ignoring that inner voice for years. But it’s still there.
