126 - A Conversation With... Alix from Gritchie Brewing Co

Welcome to A Woman’s Brew, where women talk about beer! We are joined by the wonderful Alix from Gritchie Brewing Co – that’s the brewery owned by Guy Richie if you didn’t know! Alix has had a varied brewing career and talks us through the role of cellar manager, one of her previous jobs, and the day to day of a head brewer. Her background is in chemistry and we discuss women and STEM subjects and how you don’t equate science leading to jobs in beer – it’s actually vital! If you want to see the gorgeous branding of the Gritchie beers, and possibly the prettiest brewery ever, check them out on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/gritchiebrew/?hl=en You can buy beers on their website and find out more about the London pub, Lore of the land here: https://www.gritchiebrew.com/ https://gritchiepubs.com/ Get in Touch: Email: [email protected] Website: http://www.lovebeerlearning.co.uk Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/lovebeerlearning Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/lovebeerlearning Tori: @adventures_in_hoptimism Joanne: @awomansbrew.
