127: All things Energy: Finding harmony between our masculine and feminine energies using the Enneagram

Today we’re talking all things energy.⁣⁣The more development you do, the more you can fall in love with someone’s energy.⁣⁣⁣Listen now⁣⁣⁣Recognizing energy is one of my gifts.⁣⁣And I work to recognize it in others and in myself. Here’s one thing I’ve learned: Having a harmonious balance between the masculine and feminine energy is oh-so important. ⁣⁣With the Enneagram, sometimes our basic type tools don’t work.⁣⁣And that’s why we have beautiful things like the Wings, Subtypes, Growth Numbers, Stress Numbers, and more. The same is true for masculine and feminine energy.⁣⁣Here’s what the Enneagram has to do with energy.⁣⁣The Enneagram has really been a tool for me to navigate the harmony between my masculine and feminine. From age six on, I lived in my masculine energy—it protected me.
