Is this a good or a bad thing? Angela:Uh, I think it's definitely developing. I don't know about if it's growing in size of population, but it's definitely been developing over the years and old buildings are getting renovated and there's new, interesting architecture public spaces that are developed and new spaces for public to use. So I would imagine that some parts of the city would be renovated or even, you know, demolished and then improved upon in the future. Um, I think all that's possible in Kaohsiung. What is the best time to visit Kaohsiung?
