本日は、あなたの“HOME”について考えてみます。 Homeと聞いて、どんなイメージや連想をしますか？ HOMEの直訳として、house という建物を表す意味もありながら、family という家庭を表現する言葉でもあります。「家」は、人それぞれに、いろんなイメージや感情を想起させる言葉ですね。家を「自分の居場所」と定義したとき、それがどこなのか即答できなかったり、そんな場所はないという感覚に陥る可能性もあります。つまり自分の居場所としてのホームは、心理的な意味で「ホームレス」に陥り、非常に苦しく感じられます。この心理的ホームレス感覚は、ある特定の場所を持っていないというだけでなく、人や何かとつながっている感じのなさや孤独感だとも言えます。【ポイント】 ★HOME。自分の居場所とは、一体どこを指すのでしょうか？安全な関係性に囲まれたホッとできる空間をイメージするかもしれません。大人になった私たちにも、HOMEは必要です。物理的にも、精神的にも、くつろげる空間や癒される時間。建物としてのHOMEのみならず、自分だけのHOMEを感じてください。「今日もいろんな氣もちにありがとう！」【育ちネット多文化CROSS】我慢しない自分になるためのカウンセリング www.crossactnet.com
