8月に入り夏真っ盛りとなりました『盆と正月が一緒に来たよう』と言われる忙しさの代名詞「お盆」ご先祖様をお迎えご供養する日本の風習ですねお迎えの目印となるのが盆提灯、その膨らんだ提灯のように見えると、お盆のお供えの花として使われるのが「ホオヅキ」（鬼灯）そのホオヅキ、食用ホオヅキとしてスーパーフードとなっているものが「インカベリー」柑橘類のような甘酸っぱさと、プチプチとした弾ける食感ノガミファーム産のインカベリー暑さ残る夏の夜の収録に凍らして頂きパクりパクりと楽しめて、少しだけ涼を取らせて頂きました
