129: SLY JULY: Demolition Man

This week on the show, Sly plays cavalier police officer John Spartan, who ends up in a cryo prison due to an incident on the job. In the year 2032, the city of San Angeles is a utopia where all manner of violence has been all but erradicated. However, the peace of this brave new world is about to be disrupted when notorious criminal, and ultimate cause of Spartan's imprisonment, Simon Phoenix is freed to snuff out a potential threat to the city's order. Phoenix goes rouge and starts wreaking havoc the likes the city's police force has never experienced. The only way to combat this is by freeing John Spartan to face off against his old foe. Despite the percieved sanctity of San Angeles, Sly finds out that everything is not what it seems. A man out of time, social commentary, and one-liners abound, it's Demolition Man this week on the Radkast!
