Though marriage, divorce, parenting and a suicide attempt she has now chosen to base her self worth in her love of self. She talks about her trauma in her childhood and how it has helped guide her path, now, to work with women who have suffered from domestic violence abuse. Through self awareness, self compassion and growing her own self love she now is a secure single woman who has made her self love practices a priority.
