Lack of control is one of the most common trapped emotions I find within the energy of my clients during Reiki sessions. We're hardwired as humans with the need to control each step of our path, pushing us further and further away from our intuition and authentic desires. Spirit shows us the importance of surrendering and how expecting miracles raises our frequency which in turn aligns us closer to what is meant for us.
