Lack of control is one of the most common trapped emotions I find within the energy of my clients during Reiki sessions. We're hardwired as humans with the need to control each step of our path, pushing us further and further away from our intuition and authentic desires. Anxiety, overwhelm, anger. These emotions are fostered in our human mind, our lower mind. It is too easy to get wrapped up in our daily life and the challenges that it can bring. So often we are taken OUT of our bodies that it may seem impossible to connect to something greater. Our souls are constantly trying to break through the noise and rebuild the connection we had to spirit and our highest selves when we first incarnated. There is an energetic string that connects us to our essence, our pre-birth plan and our limitless potential. This string may start fraying or seem to be barely hanging on at times, but it is and will always be connected to our light. The intention of Soul’s Advice podcast is to provide tools and practical wisdom to help you connect to your higher mind, to reignite your spark and to remember the reasons why you are in this moment here on planet Earth.  I have been receiving these spiritual downloads through my Reiki practice from my angels, my Pleiadian family and my own soul for years. The messages, more like demands LOL have been getting exponentially louder and I am being asked to share them with all of you. We are in the middle of a collective conscious awakening. It is accelerating our healing timelines in order for us to fully step into our gifts and to use them to raise the vibration of the collective.
