#130 Did you say free roof by Assignment of Benefits

Oh boy I get pumped up when I learn something new especially when another investor gets a free roof by getting the seller to "Assignment of Benefits" on an insurance claim before closing.  This episode I bring back James Prather from Advocate Adjusters (Public Insurance Adjustor) to breakdown and share an example.  Insurance is power when we understand the policy and benefits can be passed to the end buyer(YOU).  Use this idea for next negotiations technic  "Hey seller I want ask for a new roof paid by you but paid by the insurance company?"
