from LostTrailRunner Podcast · host LostTrailRunner

This episode starts out as a Kitchencast as I am making my late lunch, ham sandwich and chips. I got in a little over 42 miles on my bike trainer this week using Zwift. I really like the new interactive upgrade I got to my trainer. I will be running a virtual 5K today at either Mountain Park Park or Stone Mountain. It will depend on how busy Mountain Park is as I check it out.In my car recording as I head out for my run and talking about how my legs are tired from the group ride yesterday on Zwift. Making excuses ahead of time in case I run slow. I also discuss my alleged MAF training on the bike. Will be glad when this COVID-19 thing is over and things get back to normal, very depressing.Zwift and Virtual runs are keeping me busy for now.I end up back in the den going over how my Virtual 5K went. The endJust Keep Moving! The intro and outtro music was from Epidemic Sound. This podcast was recorded on a Zoom H2 Handy recorder and produced using Hindenburg Journalist editing software.Creative Commons LicenseLostTrailRunner Podcast by Ron Trail is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
