024企画オリジナルのハーブ「スイートジェノバ」スイートバジルの一種フレッシュな生のバジルを主とするソースジェノべーゼすり潰したり、撹拌させたりと細かくすればするほどスイートバジルは酸化が起こりやすくなるのだが、スイートジェノバはバジルそのものの肉質が柔らかく出来ており最低限の細かさでソースが出来るという優れもの変わった味や香りを品種改良で生み出す事は数知れず、植物の質感を変えて酸化を防ぐ一風変わった品種改良は美食家スピならではの発想ではないでしょうか…以上、手前味噌で恐縮でした🙂↕️
