I had the wonderful opportunity to speak to Brigadier. General. Ronald E. Jolly Sr. Ron has spent his adult life as an Airman having retired 1-January 2022 with 30 plus years of service. His bio in the Air Force is extensive. Thank you Ron for your service!  Ron is very humble in nature. He is a husband and has three children. He was raised in a faith-filled household. He recently created an LLC, R Jolly Consulting Services, to provide logistics and leadership consulting and mentoring.  Ron has a wealth of experience, and he shares so much in this conversation. We discussed quite a bit.
