139: Just Because You Have A Need, Doesn't Open The Door For Anyone To Know Why

Just because you have a need, doesn't open the door for anyone to know why: I was gently reminded today that we don't have to justify or explain ourselves to people, we have a right to our privacy & the intimate details of our lives. I've had a lot of conversations recently about trust, the stories we make up in our minds & feeling the need to explain yourself & justify who you are to others. So this episode is a bit of jumbled thoughts :)
