Today's simple, healthy ideas: Protein shakes/protein smoothies Yogurt bowls/protein yogurt bowls Avocado Toast Protein Bites (my recipe: 1 cup honey, 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup protein powder. Melt honey and peanut butter together then pour over the oats and protein powder. Roll into bites and enjoy!) Trail Mix (my recipe: pecans, shredded coconut, dark chocolate, dried cranberries) Sheet Pan Dinner Chicken, green beans, baby potatoes with EVOO and Italian seasoning or Lipton Onion packet sprinkled on top. Bake at 400 for 20 min Chicken, Brussel sprouts, sweet potato, yellow onion, and carrots with BBQ Vinegarette.
