These others can be anyone from our parents, grandparents, teachers, cousins to our school peers. We find ourselves trying to squeeze into a mould that simply isn't made for us. This applies to almost everything about us. The way we think, the way we behave, what we do and don't do. It's interesting how much this projection is a loud tape recorder in our heads. This episode, we delve into why sometimes what we feel makes us happiness, is the very thing that leads us to unhappiness.
