The world is not dualistic. Everything is working FOR the Oneness, not against it. Your inner world is not dualistic either. There is nothing inside of you that is working against you. There is no inner enemy. No monster. When we have the awareness to see our inner world, animal soul (anxiety, fear, numbness etc.) included, as the most delicious and divine creation of Hashem… being created now… FOR ME, not against me… everything shifts.
