Steffany Mohan, DDS shares some of the business and economics of dentistry, and what it means to be an entrepreneur.   Dr. Steffany Mohan has practiced dentistry for 19 years. She completed her undergraduate work in agricultural biochemistry before earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa. Since then, Dr. Mohan has built and sold several dental practices and currently owns one of the busiest and most successful practices in the state of Iowa where she employs four associate dentists and twenty team members, including 6 full time hygienists.  She was chosen to be the Associate Clinical Director of OsteoReady™ due to her keen intellect and her history of serial implementation successes. Dr. Mohan has a true passion for mentoring and guiding colleagues through her own proven clinical management systems. Dr. Mohan has been placing implants for nearly a decade. She currently works with over 100 individual offices as an advisor for their dental implants services and management systems.  Dr. Mohan likes to think of herself as "the dentist next-door."
