Self Love Tip:SCHEDULE some self care time in for yourself.  She wrote a list of practices that fill her with joy like a solo movie date, or cooking her favorite meal, etc.  She literally spreads these activities out throughout the month so she KNOWS she is continuously adding in self care.  This way, she doesn’t have to feel that void of not caring for herself.  She notes in this episode about society in general and how much shame we all have with practicing self care or taking time off, and how she has changed that thought process.
