140// Why is it so hard to know what I want?

from Feel It First Podcast · host Natalie Carranceja

"What do you want?" Seems like a simple question. Yet it feels so loaded. You thought you knew, until you realized that a lot of what is on your vision board is heavily influenced by the outside world.  So when we take away all that outside influence, what is the truth about what you want? "I don't know", was a common asnwer I would get from my clients. And thats normal for the woman who has felt at capacity and emotionally full for a very long time. Clarity cant emerge when there is no space for it. When all the space is taken up by unfelt emotions, theres no room for it. When you're emotionally full, receiving is hard.  When youre at capaxity, youre not able to take action towards your true desires. Clarity is kept buried until youve created the space needed for it to surface. The truth about what you desire is there. It lies within you. Its not lost or missing. So if you really want to know the truth about what you desire, then first step is to empty out. To feel whats there, and release the unflet emotions, so theres is room. Then and only then, will you figure it all out. BOOK A BREATHWORK SESSION INSTAGRAM
