In this week's solo episode, I walk you through the launch process and everything that comes with it: the joy, fulfillment, growth, imposter syndrome, and everything in between. Launching a program or service can be fun and healing, as long as you can break out of the dreadful mindset and truly begin to believe in yourself and your offerings.

In this week's solo episode, I walk you through the launch process and everything that comes with it: the joy, fulfillment, growth, imposter syndrome, and everything in between. I share my mindset about launching, how I stay in alignment, and the strategies I use for a successful launch. It wasn’t always easy and definitely wasn’t always fun, but with each launch, I’ve learned from it, transformed from it, and healed from it, which allowed me to get to where I am today. I also spend some time answering questions that came directly from you via Instagram.
