142 - A Conversation With... DMC Brewery

Welcome to A Woman’s Brew, where women talk about beer! The lovely Ele from DMC Brewery chats to us this week about ginger beer! As a brewery that specialises in ginger beer, and what Ele refers to as ‘other weird beers’, she is definitely an authority on the subject. We discuss the process of brewing ginger beer, the choice of ingredients and how their Viking aesthetic lends quite nicely to not only their brews but also events that they visit. And – what makes the perfect s’more? Possibly the most important conversation we’ve ever had on the podcast! Let us know how you make yours in the comments!
