I mention the tragic loss of Paul Sherwen to cycling. It is going to seem very strange to not have him along side Phil Liggett during future TdF broadcasts. I go over what I have been doing since August since that was the last time I had published a podcast. Also I do a little update on the Jeff Galloway Half Marathon That took place on Dec. 9th. This podcast was recorded on a Zoom H1 Handy Recorder and edited using Hindenburg Journalist software. The intro and outtro music is from Digital Juice at digitaljuice.com Ron'sUpdate Podcast by Ron Trail is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
