Having over a decade of experience in the adolescent behavioral health space gives Ted a unique perspective to understand the needed clinical foundation and qualities of what it takes to create a successful adolescent mental health program. Ted has a rare ability to harness individual strengths to work collectively creates a culture of trust which leads to stronger employee engagement and ultimately better treatment for our patients. Since joining AMFM Healthcare in 2020 as our Chief Strategy Officer, now CEO, Ted has worked to bring our unique and innovative clinical model into new communities, including within Washington and Virginia, two states in critical need of mental health resources. Additionally, in 2020 due to the Covid 19 Pandemic when our industry needed to pivot, Ted saw the broader need and helped develop Mission Connection, our telehealth platform to help bridge the care gap and continue serving our clients during this critically important time. Mission Connection now treats clients in California, Oregon, Washington and Texas with plans to continue expanding.
