146. Reflecting on My 3-month Spiritual Sabbatical

from XPAND CAPACITY™ · host Dr. Christine Manukyan

Welcome back to the The Wholistic Vitality™ Podcast! After a transformative three-month spiritual sabbatical, I return with renewed energy and clarity. In this special birthday episode, I reflect on my personal journey of healing and transformation over the past four years, from leaving her corporate career at 40 to embracing my calling as a wholistic™ healer. I dive deep into the lessons learned during my time off, emphasizing the importance of pausing, detoxing, and nurturing one's vitality. I also share my exciting plans for the future, including upcoming retreats and my commitment to helping others embark on their own healing journeys. Join me as I explore how embracing wholistic™ practices can lead to a vibrant, fulfilling life.   "There's so much beauty when you physically remove yourself from your current environment, and you step into this new space, whether it's a new country, new relationship. There's so much new opportunities that your body's like, wow, this feels good. Wow, this actually feels amazing. And there's also things that you learn and you see and you come back that you're appreciating what you already have even more. Again, I cannot explain the importance of this sabbatical while we were traveling the world, taking time off from June till August, we were gone for three months and traveling the world, it is to really understand the importance of pausing and slowing down."   In this episode let's dive into: Spiritual Sabbatical and Personal Transformation: I took a three-month spiritual sabbatical to reconnect with myself and dive deeper into my soul's purpose. This time of reflection allowed me to gain clarity and purpose in my life and career. Healing Journey and Holistic Modalities: I emphasized the importance of healing and nervous system regulation as foundational elements of personal transformation incorporating various wholistic™ modalities such as breath work, meditation, and detoxification into my own journey and my teachings. Entrepreneurial Burnout and Rediscovery: After facing burnout as a new entrepreneur, I took time to reassess my goals and make significant changes in my business and personal life, focusing on balance and vitality instead of constant hustle. Retreats and Neuro Breath Work Certification: I host retreats that focus on holistic healing, spiritual growth, and entrepreneurial energetics. The upcoming retreat in Bali will also include certification in Neuro Breath Work, a modality I developed. Vision for 2025: I plan to dedicate my efforts to hosting transformational retreats three times a year, focusing on integrating healing, spirituality, and business growth for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
