This can manifest in a variety of ways, such as skipping workouts, indulging in unhealthy habits like overeating or not getting enough sleep, or setting unrealistic goals that are difficult to achieve. Self sabotage can stem from a variety of underlying causes, such as a lack of motivation, fear of failure, or self-doubt. It's important to identify and address the root causes of self sabotage in order to overcome it and stay on track with our fitness and weight loss goals. In today's episode we discuss common hurdle when it comes to achieving our fitness and health goals.  From the over 8 years I've run my 100 DAY FIT MIND & BODY, I'm happy to share the three steps that can be taken to overcome this self-defeating behavior. First, it's crucial to identify the root cause of our self sabotage - is it a lack of motivation, fear of failure, or something else? Once we understand the source, we can start to address it and find ways to overcome it. Next, setting small, achievable goals can help us feel a sense of accomplishment as we make progress, which can keep us motivated and build momentum. Finally, seeking support from a trusted friend, family member, or professional (like a coach or therapist) can provide valuable accountability and help us stay on track and motivated on our fitness journey.
