Seeing yourself as the person who already IS FULLY who God created you to be. You are living at your highest level of service and love. You are committed to growth and you think thoughts that give you the results you want.  You nourish yourself in the best way. You nurture.   Your true self lives in love and sees everything through eyes of compassion. True self protects OTHERS not self.
