148. Mentor March: Lessons in Life and Business with Ashley Alderson

In this week’s Mentor March episode, I’m sitting down with someone who has had a massive impact on my life and career, my longtime friend and mentor, Ashley Alderson, founder of The Boutique Hub. Ashley was actually my boss first, and over the past decade, our relationship has evolved from employer and employee to close friends and trusted sounding boards for each other in business and life. In this conversation, we talk about the power of mentorship, investing in yourself, and how reshaping your mindset around money, success, and worthiness can completely change the path you’re on.We also dive into some of the biggest lessons Ashley has learned over nearly 15 years of entrepreneurship, from staying focused on your own lane and setting boundaries to navigating the seasons of business and family life. This episode is a reminder that growth rarely looks perfect, but surrounding yourself with the right people and staying committed to your values can take you further than you ever imagined.Be sure to subscribe/follow the show so you never miss an episode!Connect with Ashley:Check out her websiteFollow on Instagram @theboutiquehub and @ajaldersonBoutique Chat PodcastConnect with Jessie:Follow on Instagram @ofthewest.co and @mrsjjarvFollow on Facebook @jobsofthewestCheck out the Of The West websiteResources & Links:Episode 52: Community Over Competition with Ashley AldersonCymbiotika MagnesiumJoin The Directory Of The WestGet our FREE resource for Writing a Strong Job DescriptionGet our FREE resource for Making the Most of Your InternshipGet our FREE resource: 10 Resume Mistakes (and how to fix them)Get our FREE resource: How to Avoid the 7 Biggest Hiring Mistakes Employers MakeEmail us at [email protected] to Of The West's NewslettersList your jobs on Of The WestMentioned in this episode:Raising a champion takes more than feed.
