#149 - Fire ants and Wellbeing

What have fire ants got to do with your wellbeing?More than you may think...In this episode I share a simple story about fire ants that opens up a much bigger conversation about awareness and self responsibility.Sometimes when we are not aware of a situation in can put us on our arse.Being aware of what is around us and the choices we make, stop us reacting and start responding. This is where true change happens.I have been stung by these little buggers more times I'd like to remember. They may be small but gee they pack a punch. Through my awareness of them in my garden I chose not to venture out there. Win win for my wellbeing but not for the garden.Through the eradication party we gave them, I decided to venture out and give it a test drive. Again my choice. This time it went to plan.
