So I wanted to project myself forward to age 80 and say, ‘Okay, now I’m looking back on my life. I want to have minimized the number of regrets I have.”  -Jeff Bezos3. Ask For Help“Ask for help.  The smartest and most successful people I have ever met in my life are superb at asking for help, advice, input, suggestions.  And taking all that information and making a great decision.” -John Spence“Dr. Marshall Goldsmith and I, in our collaborations, have come from different origins to the same conclusion:  “If you can’t change something you want to change in 30 days…you need professional help to do so.”  Whether cleaning out your garage or clearing out your head.”  -Dr. Alan WeissI am a performance enhancement specialist and 7x author who helps successful people achieve life-changing goals both personally and professionally.
