15 | Billings and NFP Outreach with Sue Ek

Welcome to episode 15 of the Cycles & Sanctity Podcast, where I have the pleasure of interviewing Sue Ek, Director of Communications at NFP Outreach. We met through BOMA-USA when I was interested in becoming a Billings Instructor. Listen in, as Sue describes her impressions of Dr. John and Evelyn Billings and some of the history of how their work came to be. Sue shares her path into being involved with NFP and a bit of her experience of teaching the Billings method.    We get a brief overview of how Billings and the team got invited to China and the impact there. We also hear the benefits Sue's seen in couples practicing NFP.
