#15. I do this every year and you should too

Hi hi! We are quickly approaching the end of 2022. Can. You. BELIEVE!? I barely can. But I cannot wait to sit down over the remaining weeks of this year and really reflect on all of it. In this very quick baby episode, I share a tradition my husband and I started back in 2018 as a joke, but now do at the end of every year with purpose behind it. This year I was more intentional about it than I've ever been, and I am so happy to report back that it actually paid off! I hope you give it a try. Also, I prerecorded this episode before shipping off to England and really truly thought it would be released on Dec 23rd. So apologies for the confusion there, lol.
