Put the meat in a pan and cook on Medium heat 2. While the meat is cooking, chop your veggies (onion, pepper, tomatoes) 3. Put the Spinach and Brown Rice in a bowl 4. Top with black beans, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, tomatoes) 5. Add 1/2 lb of cooked meat to the bowl 6. Sprinkle on the Cheddar Cheese 7. Top with 1 scoop of Hummus 8. Your Bowl is Ready to be Eaten! TOTAL TIME = 15 MINUTES Estimated Carb Count = 20 carbs
