15. Realization & Recognition

Episode 15. Delivering some tough truths I've had to notice within myself around stress, anxiety and my body. But I offer myself up as the example in hopes it shows you, you are not alone, as well as what some of the ripple effects have been for me, through the recognition of my experiences. You'll hear encouragement to get ahead of the thoughts by noticing your body, which then translates into the energy you feel within and exude out. I talk a bit about what I took away from my Reiki Master Teacher training and an event I was invited to witness the weekend after called Linking Awareness. All in all, this episode is about bringing yourself to the surface and letting things flow by letting go of the force. Create space, see what happens!
