On today’s episode, I am joined by my sister Katie to talk about sacred pregnancy release, more commonly known as abortion.  This is obviously a very sensitive subject, so be conscious that this episode might bring up certain emotions if you choose to listen. Though, Katie communicates her story in such a loving & accepting way, I think this episode will inspire more love & compassion in all of us.  I would be willing to bet that every single one of us knows someone who has had an abortion, whether we are aware of it or not, so this is an issue that touches all of us. I am really excited to share this episode with all of you.  Katie & I discuss the history of abortion, alternatives to surgical abortions such as using herbs & medication, her personal story with her sacred pregnancy release, & so much more. We also discuss how we can infuse ceremony & spirituality in releasing a pregnancy—practices which are often left out if you choose to go to a doctor or abortion clinic, but that you can infuse into your own process.  I want to thank Katie from the bottom of my heart for sitting down with me to discuss such a personal story & being willing to share it with the world.
