15: What is your leadership style?

The reason why I started this podcast is to talk about communication. The reason this is so important to me is because I help people (especially technical people) make the transition from excellent producers into excellent managers and leaders. That takes a major shift in communication, but also in mindset. In this episode I talk about the leadership mindset and the 4 styles of leadership.
