This early exposure sparked her entrepreneurial spirit and set the stage for her future endeavors.In 1999, Heather immigrated to Canada, where she later earned her MBA from the Rotman School of Management. Her early challenges as a new immigrant became her greatest asset, inspiring her to develop innovative solutions to support students who were struggling to find their career paths.Heather's career in the education sector began as an admissions advisor in 2003. In 2005, she merged her passion for education with her entrepreneurial drive and acquired a struggling college with only 3 students. In 2011, she established the brand Anderson College, and through the acquisition of multiple schools, Heather and her team expanded the college to eleven campuses across Canada. Today, Anderson College proudly serves 4500 students annually, supported by a dedicated team of 450 staff members.With two decades of experience in the sector, Heather champions the power of unity.
